Evidence
Evidence 1: The Teacher Training” document (https://www.mntamilschool.org/professional-development/) details the past, current and upcoming professional development initiatives. The training covers various knowledge areas including language proficiency, Instruction methodology, curriculum, assessments, learning management system and technology infrastructure. The trainings and enablement are administered through various modes; academic graduation, professional training, certification, induction, knowledge sharing and peer collaboration.

Evidence 2: The teachers survey (Perception data) shows 93% favorable responses for 3 questions around professional development and learning resources. https://www.mntamilschool.org/perception-data/

Evidence 3: TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS / PLACEMENT / INDUCTION section of the Teachers handbook (https://www.mntamilschool.org/teachers-handbook/) describes on knowledge sharing, shadowing and peer collaborations modes which are being effectively exercised in inducting the teachers.

Evidence 4: The “LMS Teachers Manual” (https://www.mntamilschool.org/teachers-manual/) and “Education Apps” (https://www.mntamilschool.org/education-apps/) sections describe the wealth of technology tools and resources available to the teachers along with the instructional manuals on how to put those to effective use.
